👷🏼Meet Reece, also known as ‘Turbo’ our hardworking apprentice who joined us in 2022 to start his plumbing & drain laying apprenticeship! Reece has a background in dairy farming and with that brings a solid work ethic and isn’t one to shy away from a challenge, no matter how big or small.
He’s a quiet achiever but always up for a laugh or two so make sure to give him a wave if you see him out and about. 👋

Recent low pressure to mains pressure hot water install. We installed this owner supplied EcoSpring/ Midea heat pump hot water Cylinder. This HWC can save up to 70% on your water heating costs when compared to a standard HWC. Moving your cylinder to the outside of your house also improves storage. It’s a Win Win! 💧

The photos won’t do it justice, but this has been 12 months in the making being one of our biggest jobs yet!!

• The old water supply at Battle Hill was fed from a spring which was not drinkable and had to be boiled 🚫

• The new system comes from a bore which then goes through a high tech filtration system and a series of tanks which is then pumped to holding tanks up on the hill and gravity fed to the park ready for the public and campers to enjoy! 🤌🏻

• To enable us to successfully install such a thing, we needed 1.4km of new pipe work trenched in the ground, 5 water tanks, 2x super pumps, a soak pit and drainage which were all completed via AFG and Filtec looking after the fancy stuff. So in the words of the infamous Mitre 10 ad, “she’s a pretty big job” 🙌🏻

Complete shower renewal completed. After finding out this shower had been leaking into the downstairs bathroom and had a strange rounded wall we advised the clients they should replace it before causing more damage. While the shower was getting redone the clients also chose to re paint the whole room. We arranged for our talented plasterer and painter to make this happen, photos of before and after.
