👊 WHAT YOU’LL DO

✅ Lead the setup, maintenance & removal of TTM layouts in line with approved TMPs
✅ Conduct site risk assessments & oversee crew safety
✅ Direct traffic, manage live lanes & respond to changing conditions
✅ Run client toolboxes, check hazard registers & report deviations
✅ Maintain full compliance with CoPTTM / NZGTTM & RCA requirements
✅ Mentor TMOs, resolve issues & escalate risks when required

📍 Piopio, Waikato

Are you an experienced STMS looking for your next opportunity? We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused traffic management professionals to join our team in Piopio.

👷‍♂️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead the setup, maintenance & removal of TTM layouts in accordance with approved TMPs
• Conduct site risk assessments and oversee crew safety
• Direct traffic, manage live lanes and adapt to changing conditions
• Run client toolboxes, verify hazard registers and report deviations
• Ensure 100% compliance with CoPTTM/NZGTTM & RCA requirements
• Mentor TMOs, resolve conflicts and escalate risks when required

✅ YOU’LL NEED

• Current STMS warrant – Cat A/B/C Practicing or NP
• Full NZ Class 1 licence – Class 2 preferred
• Proven experience leading TTM sites
• Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Reliable and physically fit for all-weather and shift work

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

💵 Up to $35 per hour, based on category & experience
