Queenstown / Wānaka

Priority Roofing Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a senior foreman / leading hand level roofer to help lead the next stage of the business.

This role suits someone who’s already carrying responsibility on site and wants to step into something bigger than just staying on the tools forever.

You’ll be:
✅ Running jobs from start to finish
✅ Leading crews and coordinating trades
✅ Working directly with builders
✅ Managing quality, sequencing and detail work
✅ Helping improve systems and workflow as the company grows

You’ll still be hands-on when needed — especially for technical details and training the crew — but this role is about leadership, ownership and helping move jobs forward properly.

This is not a clipboard job.
This is boots on roof, lead from the front.

Priority Roofing Solutions is looking for a seriously skilled roofer to join our Queenstown-based team.
If you know your way around tray, corrugate, can flash your way out of an “architectural masterpiece,” and can sniff out a roof leak quicker than a property manager on a Friday, this one’s for you.
