A recent effluent upgrade on a dairy farm we habe installed. 11kw prgressive cavity pump for high pressure pumping, running off existing VSD but now controlled by IFM radar for level sensing and also a Kelco self learning pump controller for ultimate pump protection. These safeties ensure the pump never runs dry with pressure and flow cut out whenever there is an inconsistency.

This system was installed so the owner can now pump out to further paddocks with also having heaps more capacity for effluent collection.

Easy Dairy drafting gate we did last month, this shed had no internet connection prior to this gate being installed so we had to use a wireless link from an office building nearby. Data and power through metal conduit to keep things nice and tidy.
