We're thrilled to share that framing has officially begun at our Starvation Hill project, marking a major leap forward in our journey towards transformation! The care invested in our foundation has paid off, with precision-aligned frames that set the stage for a robust and resilient structure. One of the things we love most about running our business is being able to give back to our community through sponsorship and supporting local events.

With the school holidays just round the corner, if you are looking for something to do, head down to the Rangiora Town Hall and support some incredibly talented local kids.

We will be cheering on our wee girl Willow as she takes to the stage - singing, hip hop dancing and playing one of the lead roles as the 'Lapland Woman'... a grumpy princess! We can assure you, she fits this role well.

We hope to see some familiar faces there supporting our local community.

Hydronic underfloor heating/cooling pipelay has been run.

We have chosen to use angle irons for the external joinery rebates. This ensures a precise, flat, straight polished concrete edge to integrate seamlessly at the door and window thresholds. One of which, is just shy of 12m in length!

Now we methodically work through our final checks, prior to our upcoming concrete delivery.

Be sure to keep an eye out for our next post, as we reach our first major milestone in part 1 of the concrete pour.

Thanks again 'Bayphil Earthworks' for bringing in their precision GPS guided machinery, to provide us with a beautiful layer of sand blinding to top things off.

Base Construction are well underway with a particularly technical task ahead of them. There are many challenging aspects to this slab which will require a high level of skill and focus.

Now It's all hands-on deck and heads together as we rise up from the ground. Our mascot 'Zeke' will be monitoring tirelessly.
