Is Plumbing 'essential' in COVID -19 Lockdown?

At this stage until further information is released, our advice is that plumbing, drainlaying and gas fitting is "essential" in urgent situations, such as broken pipes flooding a house, blocked toilets or sewage drains, gas leaks, or for public infrastructure. Anything that poses a health risk.
No new builds or renovations.
