We build high-quality prefabricated, transportable homes, offering full project management services in their design, compliance requirements, construction, transportation and installation, for residential and commercial clients. We are focused on dedication, initiative and reliability. Our relationships are based on integrity, loyalty, openness and respect. We have a culture of continuous improvement and going the extra mile. Benefits of a Genius Homes prefab:

This method of building reduces the mess and noise intrusion on your site. You do not have to manage contractors while your house is being built and your site is not a construction site for as long. Enjoy brand new high-quality homes, with more efficient build times and less stress, when you choose a prefab from Genius Homes. Check out our website for more information: www.geniushomes.co.nz

"We spoke to people in the local Twizel community about their positive experiences of building with Genius Homes. Then, after visiting their factory and meeting Kelsie, we knew we wanted them to build our new holiday home.

We were hesitant after the change in brand ownership but decided to keep faith in Laing Properties (new brand owners of Genius Homes). Our Project Manager, Julian, listened to everything we said and responded well. We would recommend Genius Homes to others - their team were responsive and we had a wonderful experience."

Thank you, Alison and Trevan, for keeping faith in us and letting us be part of your home building journey.
