Just another thing we’ve been doing in house for the last couple years.. extending beyond timber, we enter the realm of steel.

Every gate frame is custom made for each fence access and made from Zalmax 50x25x2.5mm RHS or 40x40x2mm SHS or similar!

Every gate frame is hung from H5 112x112 Prolam Post or larger, or alternatively steel posts where necessary!

Every gate frame includes 16mm adjustable gudgeons!

Built to last, no exceptions!

WE’RE HIRING

Greenara is looking for another hardworking person to join our landscaping team.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role. You must genuinely enjoy landscaping, working outdoors and putting in a solid day’s work.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and ready to work
• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Is physically fit and comfortable with demanding work
• Takes pride in doing a job properly
• Uses initiative and stays productive without needing to be constantly directed, including asking questions when unsure about what needs to be done next
• Can follow instructions and work well within a team
• Wants to learn, improve and build a career in landscaping
• Is willing to work the occasional Saturday when required to help keep projects moving and deliver for our clients

This role will not suit someone who stands around waiting to be told what to do. We need someone who can see what needs doing, gets stuck in and helps the team maintain momentum throughout the day.

Previous landscaping or construction experience would be an advantage, but attitude, reliability and a genuine willingness to work are essential.

Our work includes retaining walls, fencing, paving, concrete, decking, lawns, planting and general landscape construction.

Based in Springston, working throughout Christchurch, Selwyn and surrounding areas.

A full driver licence is preferred.

With a late digger shift Saturday arvo, a quick 20 minute play, then back on site Sunday from 9 to 4.

Today’s effort from the youngest was too good not to share!

We even had our own toolbox talk about digger movements before getting started.

Sometimes the busiest moments end up being the ones you remember most.

Best way to spend time with Dad… on the job!

This is one of those projects that rewards with a boosted dopamine effect.. with only stair nosing, hand rails and a bit of asphalt to go down!

From the start we faced challenges of dealing with every underground service except fibre. This all happening leading to the Christmas holidays, so the timing alone to face those challenges to get out of the ground, well it speaks for itself really.

These outcomes show Greenara’s team goes beyond staff.

It’s about our trusted connections with multiple professional trades, our suppliers and the main contractors. We are so grateful to be building these connections amongst our local community.

A massive shout out to the Greenara team and everyone beyond who has played a part in getting this project to where it is today.
