Custom Entrance Completed! 🔨🔥

A stunning blend of corten and steel, this custom-designed gate is the perfect welcome to the property! The weathering steel will age beautifully over time, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

Site prepped and constructed by L R Brake Builders, featuring laser-cut panels from and fabrication by — top-quality craftsmanship all around! 👌

🚿 Shower Renovation Rescue! 🛠️

What started as a simple shower replacement turned into a full-scale repair job when we discovered water damage had rotted the walls and floor behind the old unit. To top it off, a sneaky slug had even moved in! 🐌😳

We stripped everything back, repaired the damaged framing, installed fresh linings, and fitted a brand-new shower. Now, the space is watertight, sturdy, and looking great—no more unexpected tenants!
