🔨 WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT APPRENTICE

We’re looking for someone keen to get into the building industry and join the team at Flow Construction.

Experience isn’t important to us. We’re looking for the right person, someone who turns up, works hard, gets stuck in and genuinely wants to learn.

Why Flow?

We take building seriously. We want to produce quality work, run great projects and develop bloody good builders along the way.

If you’re willing to put the effort in, we’ll put the effort into you.

You’ll get:

Another milestone just about ticked off at our Ōhope Beach new build 👌

The frames are up, the vision is coming to life, and we’re just about ready to get the roof on. It’s been a smooth process so far with solid progress on site and a great team effort all around.

Always rewarding seeing a project take shape this quickly. Looking forward to the next stage and bringing it one step closer to completion.

Frame start 🙌

Standing frames in no time, the Flow Construction team absolutely nailed it. There’s nothing better than seeing a brand new home come to life this quickly, with everyone dialed in and working together like clockwork.

Proud of the crew for the effort, precision, and pace. This is what solid teamwork and good systems look like on the ground.

Once the frames are stood up we proceeded to fix them down to the pad. Plum and straighten the frames using timber bracing. Cut and install ply bracing. Install all ground level fixings and beams. And finally install the double top plate.

Now after one day onsite this job is ready for roof framing delivery and truss install 🚚 🔨
