Our construction team transformed this garden into a more practical, organised and beautiful space.

The finished result was a tidy, functional garden with dedicated spaces for growing vegetables and enjoying the roses with a very pleased client!

These clients also have us conduct regular garden maintenance as well so they have peace of mind that their yard will be well kept all year round.

A before and after of the fantastic work our construction team has done for our client recently!

They repaired the damaged edge of the driveway and replaced the old pungas with a new timber retaining wall.

The work included:

✂️ Cutting and repairing the damaged driveway edge

🪵 Removing the old retaining wall and building a new one

🌿 Creating a grassed access ramp for easy mower access

💧 Adding proper drainage behind the new wall

🌱 Reinstating the lawn and adding new shrubs and mulch

The project is still ongoing, but it's looking pretty great so far.

Here's a handful of photos from a local preschool project we completed a little while back.

We built the playground, install a shade sail, bike track, laid down turf, paving- all sorts!

✨Education Station: Raised Garden Beds✨

Just having garden beds to grow herbs or veggies in vs. having an ACCESSIBLE garden bed makes more of a difference than you might think when it comes to actually getting yourself out there to maintain it.

Both can grow a plant of course, but the more accessible the bed actually is, the more likely you're going to get out there and tend to it. Not to mention E N J O Y doing it!

Lower garden beds can be hard on the knees, kneeling down for extended amounts of time. Can be wet, maybe even icky.

But having a bed raised up off the ground so you can stand, or sit on the side while you work is often a real game changer for people. Especially at a time where becoming a little more self sufficient is becoming really important to many of us.

So if you're growing edibles at home- AMAZING! You're a step ahead of the majority! But consider investing in your space a little and help make your gardening life a little easier so you can keep that quality of your produce as good as it can be without slugging in the mud.
