Thanks to our amazing volunteers, we've made some exciting progress on our Kids' Community Veggie Garden!

At this rate we will be ready for Spring and might even have some delicious winter veggies ready too 😋

We just finished setting up 5 new planter gardens...

And we managed to plant some French Radish, Spring Onion, Cauliflower All Year Round, Rainbow Silverbeet and Beetroot Cylindria 🫜🧅🥦

Watch this space as we grow!

My dahlias have clearly been plotting a floral takeover and now I have tubers GALORE ❤️🩷🧡💛💜🤎🤍

It’s a lucky dip of gorgeousness! Varieties include:

🌼 Red
🌸 Magenta
🌞 Yellow
🩷 Pink Cactus
🤍 Pink & White Cactus
💜 Purple
🧡💛 Yellow & Orange Cactus
🌱 Cute dwarf varieties in red, yellow & white

$5 per tuber
🌼 OR grab a bunch (Roughly 6 or so tubers for $20!

Want cheap and healthy takeaway without the regret? 🌯😂

Our favourite “takeaway” costs just $6.50!
We grab the Turkish mixed side meat with sauce, then bulk it out at home with rice and a mountain of homegrown goodness 🌱

This bowl’s loaded with:
• Sunflower microgreens
• Radish Rambo
• Pea Tasty Tendrils
• Mung bean sprouts
• High Energy Mix sprouts (2x types of broccoli, red cabbage and kohl rabi).

Healthy, filling, cheap… and somehow we still feel fancy eating it. Even cooler; better than the $20 Iskendar (rice dish) you usually would buy 😌

Honestly, microgreens and sprouts are doing the heavy lifting in this economy 😂
