Swapped the building site for the (very windy) slopes.
Don’t let the socials fool you though, Dan was taking work calls mid sledge, half frozen. 🫠
I guess you can’t wait for a perfect time to go away as a family when you own a business, because the perfect time never quite shows up. Fun memories banked until next time.

Renovating the place you actually live in is a different experience to building somewhere new. A few things hold true every time, no matter how well the jobs run. You’ll talk about money more than you’d like, dust does not respect closed doors, and something behind the wall will surprise somebody.
Large renovations rarely end where they started, and the ones that turn out well come down to having a team who can think on their feet and solve the problem in front of them, not just point at the drawings.

We’re proud to be sponsoring our Scotty for Harcourts Dancing for Hospice this year!

Yes, our sales guy, swapping the golf course for a dance floor. Not sure which one’s more dangerous to be honest.🕺

He’s taking on 15 weeks of rehearsals with his dance partner Emma, all to raise funds for Rotorua Community Hospice on 19th September.

Good on them for giving it a crack for a great cause. Keep an eye out for updates as the big night gets closer. LETS GO SCOTTY!
