Like numerous other SME businesses were pleased to announce we’re getting back to work on Tuesday 28th April. The current workload in-front of us will be keeping us busy for a few weeks but we’ll still have time to call by and provide our usual free onsite consultation, measure and quote.

We under take a huge range of works, no job too small.

We ask all clients new and existing to play by the social distancing rules and like previously all payments are to be made by bank transfer once works are complete.

We understand everyone is taking a financial hit and are reducing our hourly rate by 10% to help do our bit to absorb it.

The chipboard flooring in this house is failing and it’s going to cost the owner 10’s of thousands to replace! Had they spent a hundred or two to clear this drain they wouldn’t be faced with this massive cost! If you own a rental you simply cannot afford to rely on your tenant to pick up on little problems like this that can cause you massive losses! Property managers you’ll find are not up to the task either! Scheduling annual inspections with a property specialist can save you a fortune in the long run! Refurbishing this deck... extending the corner to square it up, replacing boundaries, adding steps, laying new deck tread and levelling it as it had dropped 60mm in one corner. We’ve seen some sights in our days on the tools but never seen joist hangers used as joist suspenders...nailed off with one whole clout too! 🤦🏻‍♂️

Dementia... such a cruel illness, feeling blessed to have been able to help this lovely family keep their loved one safe and secure, was a real mission working between two hedges and existing fencing but we got it done without disturbing gardens too much. Yep working Sundays to meet our clients needs!
