Awesome to be part of the Springvale homestead restoration project for the Laing’s alongside the Keenan Construction Ltd crew.
All new plumbing while maintaining the Victorian look.
New high output heritage fireplace in the heart of the home for heating and feeding the central heating system.
New radiators throughout the house meant keeping all of the original single glazed windows without sacrificing character or warmth.
Well done Anna & Andrew, huge project but very rewarding.
