We were asked to check the switchboard in a rental.. to find it had been tampered with.

The cheeky tenants had managed to get themselves free power. For us the most concerning area was poor termination of cables and incorrect cable sizing, resulting in burnt fuses, main switch and cables. They were very lucky they didn’t create an electrical fire.

We could have repaired the existing, however condidering the tampering and the mess it was, we decided the safest option was a full replacement bringing the board up to current regulations. The addition of rcds has also mitigated any electrical danger, providing peace of mind for the new tenants and property owners.

Another back up power supply installed. This unit will power the dairy shed and the farm residence. A very easy system to use which will reduce downtime for the farmer and ensure a warm meal at the end of the day👍

Thanks Shaun from SEMA for showing the guys the new VSD drives, operating parameters, fault finding and a few extra tips.

We are over the moon with the sign writing completed by Xsignt signage. I would highly recommend Jacob as he understood the design brief and followed it up with a quality finish.

Stratford Mobil station is complete! The job has made the last 9 months fairly eventful. Its a job that has challenged us along the way, however we are thrilled to see the site open and petrol pumping. Thanks to all of the other local businesses whom have helped along the way👍

The shop is done and looking fantastic, I’m very proud of Helen and all that she has accomplished.
