I have said it before, and I will say it again, WE LOVE ply lined makeovers at Godfrey Building & Maintenance Ltd if this is something you are interested in please give us a call.

The clients here had noticed the floor bouncing badly underfoot in there basement washhouse. Once the Lino was removed the cause was apparent. the call was made to remove everything and start from scratch.

The entire floor structure, and wall separating the toilet and washhouse areas were removed, as well as all wall and ceiling linings.
A Moisture Barrier was installed before the new flooring was built, we utilized H3.2 treated timber for the new floor structure and flooring on this job and all new plumbing was installed for piece of mind before the entire room was ply lined.

Safe to say, this should last a life time.

New feature wall ready for stone to be installed by Hard as Rocks.
After the large earthquake last year this stone wall was no longer safe and had to be removed.
We removed the stone, the damaged section of wall then installed new framing and linings.
And yes, they are old mattresses, to protect the fire half and native flooring under the carpet while removing the stone one rock at a time.
