Meet Wayne – A Cornerstone of Penny Homes

If you’ve built with Penny Homes in the past 8.5 years, chances are you’ve worked with Wayne, our dedicated and friendly Project Manager!

Wayne is the steady hand guiding clients from the start of their build journey through to completion – and beyond. He manages the daily operations on-site, making sure every detail is on track and our clients feel confident every step of the way.

What does he love most about Penny Homes? The great team he works with. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys mountain walks, playing squash and riding his motorbike.

His favourite build? Our Ngaru Crescent show home – a true showcase of our quality and vision 🏡✨
