For this renovation, we’re installing a Mitsubishi Electric Lossnay system to help create a comfortable, healthy environment all year round.
Lossnay brings fresh, filtered outdoor air into the home while removing stale, moisture-laden air.
It has a heat recovery technology, which captures energy from the air leaving the home and uses it to pre-warm or pre-cool the fresh air coming in.
So in winter, we’re not simply bringing cold air into a warm house, and in summer we’re not undoing all our cooling work by pumping hot air inside.
Combined with good insulation and efficient heating and cooling, we are creating a healthy home.
