At EasyGate in Tauranga, every gate we manufacture goes through an extensive
6-stage submerged pretreatment process before powder coating.

Our state-of-the-art processing plant uses a double gantry system to
sequentially move rails of gates through six 10,000-litre treatment tanks,
ensuring every gate receives a thorough and consistent preparation.

The process includes:

* Acid etch and cleaning
* Water rinsing
* Deionised water rinsing
* Chrome-free Oxsilan treatment
* Final water rinse
* Final deionised water rinse

The gates then enter our vertical drying oven, ready for the next stage of
the powder-coating process.

This carefully controlled system is designed to provide a clean, properly
prepared surface and help achieve the high-quality, durable finish that
EasyGate gates are known for.

Good old Kiwi ingenuity has done it again!
EasyGate designed and fabricated these “Stabilisation Wings” for a 19m telescopic slider installed across the entrance to a multi-million-dollar tar-sealing plant in the Tauriko Business Estate.
The location is in a high-wind zone, and the system has now successfully completed almost a year of real-world testing.
Would you believe that three weeks ago, a boy racer doing drifts nearby got it all wrong and took out the rear gate, completely destroying it! Remarkably, the leading gate stayed undamaged, closed and in the upright position — helped by the “Stabilisation Wings.”
And did I mention the slider is also a parallelogram design, built to follow the left-to-right fall of the driveway?

Matt, our Warehouse Manager shows off an Easygate "Queensgate" double swing in aluminium finished in "Silver Quill" . The detail in the arch and horizontal lips made this gate a complicated build to say the least but Ryan in our fabrication division was up to the challenge. Gates will head to Kerikeri soon and be mounted on massive 300 x 300 timber posts. Note: Black storage protectors can be seen at the top corners.
