Two concepts for our next residential projects to be completed under our development company next year.

Both projects local to papamoa, one a wellness building containing a sauna, gym, activity area on an existing site completing a main residence.

The other a beachfront renovation set to enhance and capture views of the bay in this sort after papamoa beach address.

All projects will follow the same approach taken on our projects, design and build, resourced and managed by our team.

Being a Super-sub and having a willingness to take on the big challenges major projects have to offer, has really been at the forefront of what our company is about.

Great photo of the team working on what is one of the largest containment cells in the country. Though it looks more akin to a mission to Mars.

Who knows what we will accomplish next, perhaps a call up from the aerospace industry 🚀🚀

Installation of a new diversion chamber custom made on site, challenging work conditions with H2S and confined space entry. This install Involved isolation of the main sewer line, over pumping and cutting back in on completion.

Our capabilities are evolving with continued challenging projects.

Same Longview. Sharper focus.

We've given our brand a freshen up, bringing a sharper palette and the same disciplined approach we've always brought to complex builds. The bars still ascend, because the work still does: every project we take on becomes a part of someone's legacy and we treat that responsibility as our own.

What's the same?
Foresight, follow-through and a team that stays close to the build from initial concept through to completion.

What's new?
How we look when we show up.
