The reality is, seasonal work isn't perfect.

There'll be rain delays or plans that change last minute. Your body will ache with muscles you didn't even know you had. The work is tiring and it can be frustrating.

But that's why who you work for really matters.

Having a team around you that communicates well, supports you when things change and still manages to have a laugh on tougher days can make all the difference.

That's what we try to create at Pack Work.

The work won't always be easy, but it should still be a time you look back on and think... yeah, that was worth it. 🥝

When you reach out to enquire about work, be sure to tell us:

🥝 When you'll be in the Bay of Plenty
Even a rough date helps us understand whether the timing could work.

🥝 How long you'll be around for
A few weeks or a couple of months...it makes a big difference, especially at the start of the harvest season.

🥝 Whether you have the right to work in NZ
This is a biggie. You must be eligible to work in NZ.

And a bonus one for fun:

🥝 Whether you've done similar work before
Previous experience isn't necessary but does come in handy, so let us know if you've got it.

We don't need a lot. Just those few basics upfront help us to give you a more useful answer.
