The business was formed in 1996 as Urban Roots Landscaping and then changed to Plant Connections when we added the plant supply service to the business. We cater for both commercial and residenti

al clients offering a full landscaping service including, consultation, design and implentation, a full garden maintenance programme as well as any other landscaping requirements in conjunction with our trusted sub contractors. We have been involved in the establishment of a number of commercial landscapes which we now continue to maintain on a monthly basis along with a large number of residential projects, big and small.

Over the years, Plant Connections has been involved in a lot of community projects on a volunteer basis, namely the local playcentre, kindergarten and school and we enjoy the opportunity to be able to contribute something back to our local community.
