Rangitanuku Project update.
Tiling is underway..plastering is complete in stage 1. Square stopped..yes even in the cupboards 🤷‍♀️ we don't do half assed.
Painter is underway as well but no pics yet. We have started on the kitchen extension and the large 8m long steel beam that holds the whole Project together has been installed..was a heavy install considering it weighs 40kg per metre. Seems like a milestone moment yeah? 👌👏

Rangitanuku Project update..stage 1 is nearing it's completion..back door installed..Gib all done..tiler has started in the bathroom..plasterer starts tomorrow. Massive pivot front door arrived..underfloor insulation still in progress but it's not an urgent job so is being done during down time. Stage 2 was started in the weekend when the client went mad with enthusiasm...kitchen removed and some demo done lol..the spaces are really starting to emerge and give an idea of the homes new makeup..it's been a frosty couple of weeks 🥶🥶

Joinery too..
The whole front looks different now which is cool to see. Booking inspections has become an art..seriously it's a nightmare over here. Looking good though and the unseen prep is giving way to progress you can actually see.

And the 'she's got good bones'..that also isn't applicable 🤣..thankfully they're being rectified as we find them..she'll feel a lot better once we've dismantled and put her back together ❤️
