Full reclad underway on Sandhurst Drive, Mount Maunganui.

For anyone who hasn’t been through a reclad before, here’s what the process actually looks like:
→ We start with a full assessment
→ Scaffold and wrap the entire building
→ Strip back the old cladding
→ Remediate any timber damage underneath
→ Install the new cladding
→ Sign off with a Code of Compliance Certificate

The scaffolding you’re seeing here is the full perimeter wrap, it’s a big job, but it’s what gives us proper access to do the work right.

Most reclads take 3–12 months depending on complexity. This one is tracking well.
