These clients wanted level access to their outdoor entertaining area so we built this lovely kwila deck over their existing concrete patio. I think it came out looking pretty tidy and most importantly, so do our clients!

Repairs are never as simple as they appear. This Rotten fascia board had fallen apart, causing the gutter to sag and overflow, and needed replacing. On closer inspection I noticed there were two leaks in the roof that had caused damage to the tongue & groove sarking on the soffit. Four repairs later I was able to start the main repair. It's a good reminder of the need for regular checks and maintainence of roofs in particular.

We just finished updating the wardrobes in this 1950s home. We upgraded the dated double doors to more practical, full-size, sliders while creating a timeless look in the process.

I managed to squeeze this small job in before the end of the year for a new tenancy in Papamoa alongside my main contract. It feels good to give new life and strength to tired structures like this one and bring them up to scratch in terms of building code.

This is phase one of a number of phases that will see the remainder of the outdoor area completely transformed. Stay tuned for more on this in the new year!
