Alexandra Road Reno Update!

We’re giving this farm workers house a minor extension and remodel for a farmer’s son heading home to take over the family farm.

Glen has never been much of an office bloke.

Most days you’ll find him on the tools, working alongside our team and getting stuck in. The paperwork? That waits until night time – it has to!

Sure, every now and then he’ll put on pants and a shirt… but usually only if we’re heading to an awards evening or a funeral! 😂

His thinking is pretty simple – if his name is on the build, he should be there helping build it. And he is, every day.

It’s all go at The Hamlet! 🔨

There’s plenty happening on site this week!

Jack and Kerwyn are busy boxing up the foundations for our Show Home at Lot 13 — and we’re very excited to see this one officially getting underway! 🙌

Meanwhile, Georgia and Hayden are getting Lot 6 ready for its slab pour, with concrete going down bright and early Friday morning.

And there’s more in the pipeline, with another two builds nearing council submission.

Things are really starting to take shape out here, and we love seeing The Hamlet come to life! 🏘️
