It’s handover day in the beach town of Whitianga!

This 384 sqm warehousing building is looking sharp and ready for its next chapter.

Designed in a clean mono style, the main building measures 14m wide x 25m long, with a 3m extended lined canopy providing additional covered space.

Built with the future in mind, the space has been designed to offer flexibility leased as one large tenancy, or easily split into two independent tenancies with the addition of an intertenancy wall.

Outside, a new yard and civil design creates generous concrete turning areas and plenty of capacity for storage.

Another great project ready for handover.

After many months, we finally got the chance to catch up with the team at Presbyterian Church to hand over their Silver Master build award for this beautiful build!

It was great to revisit the finished space and celebrate the project with the team who helped bring it all together.

With a range of fully accessible spaces available, there’s something to suit everything from small meetings and workshops to conferences, seminars, functions and larger events. The facilities include a 150-person auditorium, flexible function rooms, conference and whānau room, kitchen facilities and office space.

A few months late, but we finally got to hand over the NZ Commercial Project Awards Silver Certificate! The build has been completed for a while now, so it was great to catch up with the lovely team at Te Awamutu Presbyterian Church and officially hand over their certificate.

An awesome build, a great team, and now an even better community space for Te Awamutu. We’re proud to have been part of bringing this project to life.
