WE’RE HIRING
EXPERIENCED CONCRETE PLACER / FINISHER
2 positions available.
Sweet Concrete Ltd is looking for an experienced concrete placer/finisher to join our team.
We’re a busy concrete company working across the Waikato on a wide range of residential and commercial jobs, so no two days are the same. Some days will mean early morning starts and some jobs may require later finishes — so reliability and flexibility are a must.
We’re looking for someone who
• Has at least 3 years concrete placing and finishing experience
• Holds a current driver licence – this is a must
• Is reliable, punctual and actually turns up
• Has a good attitude and takes pride in their work
• Can have a laugh and bring some good banter to the crew
• Is confident taking responsibility and leading a small team of a few guys when required
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Is comfortable with early starts, travelling to different jobs and the occasional late finish
• Understands the importance of keeping a job moving and maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Experience with boxing/formwork, screeding, placing and finishing
We’re looking for someone who wants to become a solid part of the Sweet Concrete team — not someone who just wants to turn up for a couple of days.
Pay will be based on experience and ability.
If this sounds like you, send the Sweet Concrete Ltd page a message with a bit about yourself, your experience, your references and your contact details.
Feel free to tag or share this with someone who might be a good fit.
