Another job finished up this week and handed over to customer.
Recently programmed some custom control logic for a customer using a Zelio Smart Relay.
Basically, we create the logic in software, upload it into the relay, and once installed onsite it controls equipment automatically based on the programmed sequence.
This can be used for pumps, timers, process control, equipment interlocking and automation.
This particular project involved starting a series of conveyors in a specific order using preset time delays. The challenge was that under different fault conditions, the shutdown sequence had to operate in a completely different order with different timing delays depending on the fault.
