🏆 A PROUD FILOKRETO MOMENT 🏆

Massive congratulations to these lads on achieving their New Zealand Certificate in Concrete Construction! 👊🏼🎓

This is more than just a certificate. It represents hard work, commitment, learning the craft and taking pride in becoming better at what you do.

At Filokreto, we’re working hard to keep progressing as an organisation — not only improving the way we operate, but creating more genuine career opportunities within the concrete industry.

There is a real opportunity for skilled, professional concrete layers who take pride in producing clean, quality work. We want to help develop more of them.

The pathway doesn’t stop here:

Learn the trade → Get qualified → Master your craft → Lead others → Take on more responsibility → Build a career. 🚀

We want our people to see concrete as more than just another job. It’s a skilled trade that can create a great career, leadership opportunities and a future for you and your family.

Proud of you lads. You’ve earned this one. 👏🏼

And hopefully, this is just the beginning for the next generation coming through Filokreto.

Keep learning. Keep progressing. Keep raising the standard. 🔥

Watching someone like Dylan at work is a reminder that skill is contagious. Surround yourself with people who take pride in what they do, and you’ll always end up building something better.

A little behind-the-scenes update! 👷‍♂️

Over the last 6 months, we’ve been busy working on the Shed project—from the early stages right through to the floor pours and everything in between.

It’s been great seeing the progress take shape, and we’re proud of what the team has achieved so far. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been working on in the background.

More updates to come as the project continues. Stay tuned!
