Site Leader / Final Trim Operator – Earthmoving

We’re an earthmoving company based in Temuka specialising in (civil earthworks and farm earth works , Tree work , ponds and underpasses) and we’re looking for an experienced Site Leader / Final Trim Operator to join our team.

The Role:

• Lead day-to-day site operations

• Precision final trim on civil and

residential projects

• Read plans and manage levels

• Keep jobs running safely and

efficiently

What We’re After:

• Proven final trim experience

• Confident leading a small crew

• laser experience

• Reliable and safety-focused

• Grader experience would be a

bonus but not necessary

• Must have references
