Dear Valued Customer/s,

We hope yourselves and families are well after the level 4 Lockdown. Lake Roxburgh Contracting has welcomed the announcement by the Government that the country will move to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 28 April.

While the move to Level 3 restrictions will allow many of our business customers and sub-contractors to resume operations, we must continue to comply with health and safety guidelines to ensure we are always protecting our staff and customers. This included maintaining physical distances.

From Tuesday 28th April, The Yard will be open and in operation; With limited physical contact with staff on site, also with our buildings and facilities which will have strictly reduced access and with no access to the office due to hygiene purposes to eliminate constant cleaning to comply with Covid-19 health and safety guidelines.

For your safety and ours, we will also continue to have many of our staff working remotely. We don’t anticipate Level 3 restrictions having an impact on our ability to meet your business requirements, nevertheless we would appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through these restrictions together.

Workshops and Job Operations under Level 3 Restrictions:
• Walk in’s will not be accepted, call first!
• All booking’s and Job queries must be made in advance via phone or email
• All visitors and contractors must complete a declaration to enter the Job site and Roxburgh Yard, enter at own risk. This is to ensure contract tracing if needed.
• Please don’t get out of your vehicle, staff and contractors will approach you.
• You must remain 2m apart where possible and follow the social distancing guidelines.
• Depending on the situation or where you have come from,(Please don’t be offended) you may be asked a series or covid-19 related questions to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients and contractors on site.

To all our valuable clients;

Due to the latest COVID-19 updates Lake Roxburgh Contracting is shut down for 4 weeks we are asking for your understanding and support during these times.

• Our yard is closed from now until the lockdown is over.
• We will be working from home and are able to answer calls, emails . Please note, our ability to answer calls and emails will be impacted but we will try to get back to you ASAP
• For those of you who have jobs currently underway, we understand this may be frustrating, but will keep in touch to work through these as quickly as possible when we are able to safely return to work.

• As for main road concerns please contact NZTA or Aspiring Highways, as we are unable to help directly until it’s gone through the right channels.
• For roading concerns please contact NZTA,Aspiring Highways or CODC.
