Called by client after water appearing on ceiling and pooling on top of hot water cylinder,
Upon inspection finding cylinder copper exhaust weeping where penertrating thru roofing iron.
Solution- to replace exhaust pipework and pretty up tee junction. 👍 👌

A commen and reoccurring problem with copper pipe corroding and pin holing around the Thames area.

Thankfully in this situation the client noticed the leak early and we were able to attend and rectify the problem before any major damage to the property 👍

If your property has had a history with leaking copper pipework or for your peace of mind, get in touch and we can give your current pipe work a once over.

Received a call with client having issues with shower not draining 🪠
After a plung still no luck, resulting in a section of waste pipe and bends removed.
Hidden in a ball of hair was a toy and child's tooth brush.😖
Pipework reinstated, shower waste flowing smoothly & toddler back in possession of missing tooth brush👌

Leaking cylinder that had been built in to the cupboard. Rather than pull the cupboard to peices , it was easier to cut the side of the old cylinder down.
