Remember the 'before'? Here it is finished. 🔨

Same footprint, but this one is brand new from the ground up.

We took the old garage right back, poured a whole new pad, framed it up, put the roof on, and finished it with fresh cladding, batten detailing across the gable, a full-width double door, and the sleek front facade the clients were after from day one.

New project underway. 🔨

We've been engaged to rebuild this tired old garage into something completely different — a modern, double garage with a sleek new front facade.

Same footprint, whole new build. We've worked through every requirement with the council, the design is locked in, and all the subbies are engaged and ready to go.

Now we just need the South Canterbury weather to play ball ☔ — then the transformation really begins.

How big can we go? 🚿

That was the brief. These clients already had a good-sized bathroom, but it was working with a standard-sized shower box. Plenty of room going to waste.

So we went double.

Twin rainfall heads. Floor-to-ceiling tile. Frameless sliding glass. A tiled niche and a linear drain. One seriously good double shower unit.

These are clients we've looked after for years now, across several projects. That kind of trust means a lot to us.

Good bones. Original layout. A house that hadn't changed in decades — and an owner ready to change all of it.

We stripped it right back to the studs. New wiring, new plumbing, reconfigured layout from scratch.
