The long weekend is for looking. ☀️

Labour Weekend is when a lot of people finally stop and properly look at their own house. The room that’s never worked. The bathroom you’ve put up with. The space that could be so much better.

Most projects we take on start exactly like that, with someone standing in a room thinking it could be better.

If that’s you this weekend, have a chat with us. No obligation, just a conversation about what’s possible.

Enjoy the long weekend. 🇳🇿

Get the bones right, and everything else follows. 🔨

Poles in, plumb and true, out on a South Canterbury farm. Not the glamorous part of the job, but it's the part that decides how the whole build stands up in twenty years.

Whether it's a pole shed, a new home or an extension, the fundamentals are the same: solid footings, straight framing, no shortcuts.

Got a shed or a build in mind for this summer? Let's have a chat.

"It looks really polished, was completed in only 6 weeks, and did not go over budget."

That's James, a property trader who trusted us with a full cosmetic renovation in Marchwiel. Tight timeframe, clear budget, and a finish that had to be right for the market.

Three things every client wants: done well, done on time, done on budget. We aim for all three, every job.

Bath, or a big walk-in shower? 🚿

It's the question that comes up in nearly every bathroom renovation we quote, and there's no wrong answer. Some people want a soak at the end of the day. Some want a shower you can actually move around in.

This one went for the shower: a brushed brass rain head, a hand shower and soft sage tiles. What would you pick? 👇

Built properly. Built to last. 🏠

Being a Registered Master Builder isn't a badge on the ute. It means access to the Master Build 10-Year Guarantee, an independent standard to meet, and a team that has earned the right to put that name on the job.

Add a Licensed Building Practitioner on site and you've got a build you don't have to worry about.

If you're weighing up who to trust with your home, have a chat with us first.

Same kitchen. Not the same kitchen. 🍳

This one's from the Marchwiel project. Original 1970s timber cabinetry and a layout that had done its time. Swipe to see it now: white cabinetry, timber benchtop, black tapware, and a kitchen that actually works for the space.

All part of a full cosmetic renovation, delivered in six weeks and on budget.

What's the one room in your home you'd change first? 🏡

Spring is here, and it's the time of year the good projects get planned. If you want a renovation, extension or new build finished before next winter, now is when to start the conversation.

Kitchen? Bathroom? That living room that's never quite worked? Drop it in the comments 👇

Pole sheds, built for more. 🚜

This one was an awesome build, and it's a great example of what a pole shed can really be. We love building them.

We build pole sheds right across South Canterbury, from straightforward farm and storage sheds through to larger, more customised builds. And we can take care of the whole thing:

• Pole shed supply and construction
• Concrete floors
• Cladding and roofing
• Doors, windows and internal fit-out
• Workshops, storage and garaging
• Partially habitable spaces like an office, sleepout or games room (subject to the relevant building and consent requirements)

Whether you're after a practical farm shed, a serious workshop, or a shed that mixes storage with a comfortable usable space, we'll work with you to put together the right solution.

Got a pole shed project in mind? Get in touch and let's have a chat about what we can build.
