Proud to have been part of restoring and preserving one of Timaru’s historic treasures for future generations.

Projects like this are about more than construction — they’re about honouring the stories, craftsmanship, and character that make these historic places across Aotearoa so important. Every detail has been approached with care and respect to ensure the heritage of Shand House lives on while creating a beautiful space for the Craighead Diocesan School community to enjoy for years to come.
