Finishing touches on this classic 1890's Villa.
Its amazing to see the amount of labour and craftsmanship that went into some of these homes of this time. On this example, individual vertical planks (clears) were used with a double dado and a shelf running continuously around room. Scotia with a second dado 300mm down provided a much more luxurious feel.
