Finishing up with a quick maintenance job down at my fav coffee n bagel shop in parnel goodness gracious! Best bagels n coffee in the city!

Thanks to everyone who has supported me this year! Its been a big year looking forward to putting my feet up over the xmas break and enjoying some quality family time

This is one of the more rewarding places im lucky enough to do work for -

I replaced a leaking hot water circulating pump at my daughter's daycare. Riley had her work shirt on, ready to help out!!

The pump started leaking only 15 months after initial installation.. probably due to it being installed incorrectly. The plumber who installed it returned to investigate and gave them another quote to replace again as it was just outside of warranty.

This is why it's so important to get competent tradespeople to carry out the required work

Glorious day for some lead flashing repairs! Thanks to RSR for giving me a hand with this one!

The lead vent flashing on the two story roof of Metlife Care Hillsborough Heights was found to be leaking during the renovation.

We had two options, scaffold edge protection or an elevated work platform - I have my EWP ticket so it was a no brainer. This way worked out to be the cheapest for the client.
