We are currently looking for experienced Civil Labourers to support outdoor civil projects across Auckland and Waikato.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role suited to workers who are confident operating in active civil environments. You will be working on water, drainage, electricity, and the Auckland Transport network, often alongside heavy machinery and assisting with timber and drainage-related work.
Previous experience in similar civil or infrastructure settings is essential, as this role is not suitable for entry-level labourers. However, we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate the right attitude, potential, and a strong work ethic.
If you are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, this is a solid opportunity for ongoing civil work.
What We Require
Proven civil laboring experience
Confidence working around heavy machinery
WTR license essential
Carpentry or timber work experience — strong advantage
Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
Full NZ driver licence and reliable transport
Site Safe or Construct Safe (we can assist if needed)
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test .
