Not often does a semi-rural property on Maori Freehold land come up for sale in our part of paradise. It has been a very long road for both the vendors and purchasers of this lovingly crafted home. I have learnt so much about this type of tenure and am so proud to say that today we got there! I wish my vendors nothing but the best in the Hawkes Bay and a big congratulations to my local purchasers. I know you and your whanau will love it and will make many happy memories.

2023 Trades Training Grant

Tūwharetoa Māori Trust Board works with Tūwharetoa Settlement Trust to fund and distribute 10 x Trade Training grants for Tūwharetoa apprentices and students in trades training.

To qualify for the grant you'll need to be in training here in Tūwharetoa rohe.
