Been quite on here lately. Had a huge project over the last couple weeks. New rental coming to the market so needed a quick spruce up. Patch holes and full repaint. Build new cabinets and paint existing kitchen cupboards and vanity.
Amazing what a coat of paint can do to bring life back and create a clean looking environment

Another job completed not long ago. Huge flax make over/removal.
The flax was blocking access along the river edge and restricting walking paths. Took me in total 2 full weeks of cutting and dragging this mess away.

Another project done and dusted. Full bathroom renovation with new flooring, shower, toilet and floating vanity. Built a floating box/shelf to cover the heat pump pipes that were exposed. Barn door installed to make the most of the new space.
Also put new flooring in the kitchen to bring it up to date with the rest of the house.

Massive thanks to Josh Schroder from Fair Trade plumbing here in Turangi for all the work they put in.
