You never know what treasure you might find when digging foundations. At this Waihi Beach renovation, on a site of historical importance, we found this haul including bottles, crockery, a soot door, and a pump. Of particular interest to the visiting archeologist were the tuatua shells, which date back to pre-european settlement. Interesting day on site!

Last month I had the opportunity to work on a piece of our local history. In 1919, when it was opened, the Glaxo building was the largest dairy factory in the world. Such a great project to get to be involved with. Cheers Matangi Factory

We love heritage listed homes - the history, the craftsmanship, the character. Our client needed a garage that would be sympathetic to the design and style of their beautiful home, here's the finished product. Inside, we used ply for it's versatility and practicality.

Friday night was one for the books! We couldn't be more proud to have been awarded a gold and to have won the Builder's Own Home category in the Waikato Registered Master Builders Association House of the Year competition.

This home truly was a labour of love and we couldn't done it without an inspired design by Nick at Ink Architecture, the hard work of our team and subcontractors, and, most importantly, the support of our family and friends.

It's one thing to love a project but quite another to have it recognised by your peers. What a night.

Now this is a dream home! This modern, mono-pitched home was architecturally designed especially for our clients who had built several times before and knew exactly what they wanted. This was a special one and we particularly enjoyed working on the detail in the cedar cladding and large, outdoor area.
