rd in affordability and quality. OUR MODULAR SYSTEM
There are two basic Matrix modules. The M1 module has a single bedroom and the larger M2 has two. Each has a simple 8 degree mono-pitch roof and a wing wall. Both modules exist as standalone homes, or they can be combined in a host of different configurations. Want a three-bedroom house? Use both modules. A four-bedroom Matrix? Use two M2 modules. Or two M1s and an M2. The simplicity and elegance of Matrix's design allows these two modules to interlock in a variety of ways. You could have a street full of Matrix homes and no two would look the same. OUR PHILOSOPHY
- Your new house isn't built on site. It's built in our Upper Hutt factory.
- We standardise the structure, you specify the options and upgrades.
- Matrix is a proper wood-framed house with timber weatherboards, Gib lining, galvanised iron roof and other stuff kiwis know and trust.
- There's no weather in a big shed, so we work on your house all day, every day, until it's done.
- You get factory quality control. No dodgy on-site improvisation.
- More often than not your new home will be completed by the time the piles are permitted and in the ground.
- We deliver virtually anywhere in the country.
- Matrix even travels on the Cook Strait ferry. Matrix offers a range of sustainable options up to and including a full off-grid spec. MATRIX SHOWHOME
