Well Waihi, that's a wrap. ❤️
We're incredibly lucky to be part of a community that comes together when it matters most. This project meant a lot to us, so we got behind it, and the support that followed was nothing short of amazing.
Together, we raised the funds needed to provide a fully functional wet-area bathroom and cover the family's accommodation while the work was completed.
Thanks to the generosity of local businesses and many individuals who quietly gave what they could, we were able to make it happen.

And to the many individuals who donated, shared, helped, and supported behind the scenes—thank you. This simply wouldn't have happened without you.
We're hopeful that once the final invoices are paid, there may even be a little left over to help the family with the increased power costs from the new heating system we've installed to keep the bathroom warm, dry, and safe.
It's a pretty special town we live in. From myself and the team at Blackline Development, we're honoured to have played a small part in helping a truly deserving family.
Waihi, you should be proud of yourselves.

Small story and a community update !!

I was approached twice last week to help a very special family in some need.

Tina Wright and family have done a lot in this small town .now it was our turn to help them

I having been on the receiving end of this town's support when I was down and out giving back is something close to my heart .I'm extremely greatfull for this opportunity to help

Please forgive me if I miss any one it's been bit overwhelming.

Who have all jumped into auction
We have pulled together to turn this around with no notice and everyone giving money, time and or material to get this across the line . Im extremely proud to call Waihi home !

In this beautiful villa we have done so many restoration projects along with creative new ones

- That fence that Brad the builder is opening, we installed that, along with the beautiful path around the house & the bathroom (plus so so many more)

It has been a ball working with this client as they are very particular in how they are wanting to keep the classic villa charm of their home without skipping out on modern comforts, these are our favourite type of clients

You know you're doing something right when you are the go to crew project after project!

A new home for a motorhome, this is a 9m by 8m pole shed built for a rural client of ours. It looks awesome and is a great addition to their property
