For those of you not on our email list, I will share the news on here as well..

I'm sad to inform you that after a lot of careful consideration, I have made the difficult decision to close down Elers Concrete & Landscaping, effective Friday 20th September. This has not been an easy decision to make, but I'm sure you will all understand, with the current industry climate and not knowing how long it is going to take to pick up, it just isn't sustainable to keep the business running.

I sincerely appreciate all of your support and trust over the years. Kam made some great friends and co-workers within the concreting/construction industry and he really enjoyed his work. Our family are all very proud of the successful business he created 7 years ago.

I want to thank the great group of guys we have had work for us over the years. I truly appreciate you all and the hard work you have put in. I wouldn't have been able to keep the business running for the last 5 months since Kam passed, if it wasn't for Jesse and Marsh. No-one expected the industry to slow down as much as it has and the timing has been really unfortunate.

A big thank you also to all of our clients and businesses for bringing us in for your concreting jobs. It has been a pleasure doing work for you and we wish you all the best.

Most of you are probably already aware that on Wednesday the 24th of April Kamrin Elers suffered a cardiac arrest and passed away suddenly at home.
He has worked tirelessly to build up this business and we are committed to continue on his legacy with our great team and with the additional help of the team at Urban Prefab/Urban Foundations. We look forward to hearing from you about your projects and thank you for your continued support.

A bit of a write up about our biggest contract we’ve been working on for the last year or so. Cheers to the crew who have been helping us out with the concrete pours every week. Couldn’t do it without you concreatures 😆
And thanks to Leighs Construction Ltd who are doing a great job of pulling it all together.

About 168 tradies have been working at the 20,000m², six-storey building this week, where they’ve laid the “Rolls Royce of concrete floors”.

Newest recruit has been working overtime this weekend. Great to see him pulling his weight by taking one for the team and working through the night to keep the neighbourhood safe. Hope everyone had a good weekend and kept safe in the wild weather ☔️

Thanks for everyone’s support and a huge shout out to our guys Jesse, Marsh and Rakai. It’s been a busy year for us and we couldn’t have done it without you guys.
