COFFEE & TULIPS… YES PLEASE! ☕️🌷

Our tulips are out and ready to brighten your Friday! 🌷✨

You can find us outside Lento in Bell Block, De Havilland Drive — the perfect excuse to grab a coffee and take home some beautiful locally grown tulips. 💐☕️

Because honestly… coffee in one hand, tulips in the other is a pretty good way to start the day. 🥰

🌸 A BIG HEARTFELT THANK YOU 🌸

Hey team, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along today, stopped by, said hello and supported my little business. 🥹💗

I’m also really sorry to those who came along hoping to get tubers but unfortunately had to be turned away or left without any. I genuinely wish I had enough to go around everyone. 🌸

For those who did take some home, I really hope you’re happy with your tubers, and I can’t wait to see what you grow! 🌱✨

Today was a pretty special one for me. It was my first time ever selling tubers in person, and also the first time the Horticultural Society has had someone selling dahlia tubers as part of the show. It has been such a big learning experience for me.

I also want to sincerely apologise regarding the entry fee. The full fee wasn’t clearly stated in the information provided for the event, and I’m genuinely sorry for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. This is something I’m deeply apologetic about, and I truly appreciate everyone’s patience, kindness and understanding. 💗

I’m just one person behind Ladyora, and every bit of support means so much to me. Thank you for supporting my little flower farm dream. 🫶🏼🌸

I’ll be taking everything I’ve learnt from today forward and doing my very best to make the next one even better.

🌸 GRINDING, GRINDING… AND GRINDING SOME MORE! 🌸

Lifting. Cleaning. Dividing. Prepping. Repeat. 🔄😂

I’ve been putting in the serious behind-the-scenes work lately, getting these dahlia babies ready for their next adventure — and let me tell you… my back has definitely been keeping score! 🫠💪🏼🌱

But there’s something pretty exciting just around the corner… NEXT SEASON! 👀🌸

The tubers are being cleaned, divided, labelled and prepped, and I’m getting everything ready for our IN-PERSON LADYORA DAHLIA TUBER SALE on the 22nd of August! 🌸✨

If you’ve been dreaming of adding some gorgeous dahlias to your garden, this is your chance to come along, have a rummage through the tubers and pick out your favourites. 🧺🌸

And trust me… after all this lifting, cleaning and dividing, I’m VERY ready to see these beauties find their new homes! 😂💕

From one humble tuber… to THIS giant, thriving clump 😍
Honestly, she still amazes me every time I walk past.

This beauty has not only been an absolute standout in the garden, but she’s also done me so proud at the dahlia show 💫 An absolute eye-catcher in every sense — strong stems, stunning blooms, and just keeps giving.

It’s moments like this that remind me why I fell in love with dahlias in the first place… the transformation, the abundance, the magic 🌿
