Our Story
Perriam Enterprises Ltd is a family based building company that spans three generations. Neil Perriam took over his fathers building company in 1972, which lead to Neil and Craig registering Perriam Enterprises Lts in 1999. Craig took over in 2014 when Neil retired, Craig’s wife Jessica has also joined the company, running the office.
With our highly experienced team, we carry out a wide range of building relocation projects and building throughout the top of the South Island.
Perriam Enterprises Ltd moves approx 20 houses each year using specialised equipment and knowledge. Relocating house’s/buildings to a new location, moving it to a different location on the same section or lifting to repile, or to build a basement/garage under are a few examples of the work we do.
We also remove unwanted houses and find new owners for them.
