1940s classic to 2026 family living. This one was a fun transformation.

Out went the fireplace, the small separate rooms and the baby blue kitchen. In came open-plan living, plenty of natural light, restored native timber floors and new joinery opening straight out to the deck.

Raising the roof in Hataitai 🔨

Big progress on this renovation with the new roof framing well underway. Starting to really see this one take shape and get a real sense of the size of the new extension.

Today we farewelled Jacob and Gio after 10 weeks on placement with us through the Gateway programme at Aotea College.

Thanks boys for all your hard mahi on site. We’ve loved having you around and can’t wait to have you back for Year 13.

Fun fact, 3 of our team came through Gateway themselves, proving how valuable the programme can be for both employers and employees 👏
