One a lot of people miss - heat pump remotes often need to be updated manually. If the time's out, so is your timer function.

While you're at it:

🔥 Test your smoke alarms
🌿 Clean your heat pump filters
🌀 Check your outdoor unit is clear of leaves and debris

One of the questions we get asked most often - how much does a heat pump installation cost?

The answer depends on your home, the system you choose and how complex the install is. But to give you a rough idea:

🏠 Single living area: From $2,500-$5,000

🛏 Heating a bedroom: From $2,000-$4,000

🏡 Multi-room system: From $5,000-$12,000

🌡 Ducted system for a typical three-bedroom home: From $12,000-$25,000

We've been busy working on something behind the scenes that we can't wait to share with you. More on that soon 👀

But working on it got us thinking about how far Wasabi has come.

It started with one man and his van. A simple idea - do good work, look after people and your reputation will take care of itself. Nearly 20 years later, that's still the business we're trying to run every single day.

A lot has changed. The team has grown, the services have expanded and the van count has gone up considerably. But the things that mattered at the start haven't changed - honest advice, quality workmanship and looking after the people we work with.

We're proud of where we've come from. And pretty excited about where we're headed.
