Right in the heart of the Auckland CBD, we’re currently underway upgrading 4 lifts across this 33-storey residential and hotel tower.

We’re now around 30% through the upgrade, with the team also helping the body corp work through a major generator issue that could’ve become a very expensive problem without the right solution in place.

Matt will be jumping on camera very soon to talk through how we approached it.

Another lift systems upgrade completed to a high standard by us in Wellington.
This is a relatively small lift but it’s integral to the operation of the property.
Using Wittur equipment this upgrade went smoothly and was completed inside of 14 weeks, ahead of time.

The upgrade is all but complete. Just a couple of little tidy up matters to finish but both lifts are back in operation ...

First upgraded lift at this site is back in service and it runs beautifully.

Progress update of our Otis UMV to EC Pixel upgrade. - The motor has been refurbished and reinstated on site with safety...

Progress update of our Otis UMV to EC Pixel upgrade.
- The motor has been refurbished and reinstated on site with safety stop switched in place.
- Machine room safety chain cabling installed and wired into the controller.
- The controller is wired for drive to the machine and is running on inspection mode.
- The Top Of Car (TOC) controller has been installed and is about 50% wired with pendant control in place for car positioning from the landing to aid in the the upgrading work. It’ll be removed before the lift in put into service.
- Car safety chain has been wired into the TOC controller.
The Siemens AT40 door system and new door detectors is being wired in now and all systems adjusted and tested for function.
- New mains switches installed in the machine room and upgraded cabling run to the buildings main switchboard on the ground floor all tested and operational.

The guys are doing a great job!!
